We want to reassure everyone that some patients may recently receive letters from insurance companies regarding pharmacy network participation and prescription coverage. We understand these letters can be confusing or concerning, but please know our team is actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

Our pharmacist, Dana McClendon, is personally handling these matters and assisting patients through the process. If you receive a letter or have questions about your prescription coverage, please don’t panic. We are here to help guide you every step of the way.
