Holistipedia is a wellness community reference hub that includes resources, events, blog, podcast and a directory for the following wellness dimensions:

❤️ Mental: engaging the world through learning, problem-solving, creativity, methods to cope with stress.

❤️ Emotional: being aware of, accepting and expressing our fee

lings, and understanding the feelings of others.

❤️ Social: connecting and engaging with others and our communities in meaningful ways.

❤️ Spiritual: searching for meaning and higher purpose in human existence.

❤️ Environmental: fostering positive interrelationships between planetary health and human actions, choices and wellbeing.

❤️ Financial: learning how to successfully manage financial expenses.

❤️ Occupational: preparing for work in which we gain personal satisfaction and find enrichment in our life. This community is two-fold: for wellness product and service providers and for those searching for them.

1. For the product and service providers (depending on listing level):

⭐ Business support such as marketing, admin, management, websites, social media, videos, webinars, photography, etc.
⭐ A discount on a booth at the in person event.
⭐ A feature in newsletters and/or magazines that will be distributed in key places.
⭐ Listing in the online and paper directory.

2. For the community (those who are searching for wellness product and service providers):

⭐ A searchable directory by categories of product and service providers in the field of ⭐ wellness.
⭐ A monthly newsletter full of resources.

📣We have an important announcement regarding the future of Holistipedia

For years, Holistipedia has been a passion project, a labor of love dedicated to providing a comprehensive and accessible resource for holistic health and wellness information. We've poured countless hours, significant personal resources, and immense dedication into building and maintaining this platform, believing deeply in its value to the community.

However, the reality is that Holistipedia has reached a critical juncture. The costs associated with its operation – including server maintenance, software licenses, content creation, and technical support – have become unsustainable for us to bear independently. Despite our best efforts and unwavering commitment, we can no longer keep Holistipedia alive in its current form without external financial support.

Our vision for Holistipedia has always been to see it thrive as a public good, an unbiased and reliable source of information free from commercial influence. To achieve this, we believe the ideal path forward is for Holistipedia to transition into a non-profit organization. This would allow us to pursue grants, receive donations, and operate solely for the benefit of our users, ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the platform.

Therefore, we are actively seeking an investor or organization who shares our vision and is willing to invest in Holistipedia's future as a non-profit entity. Without such an investment, we unfortunately face the difficult decision of having to cease operations.

1. Nervous System Support: helps calm the nervous system without sedation. It can be used to ease anxiety, nervous tension, and emotional overwhelm. A great herb for anyone who feels mentally “scattered” or overstimulated.

2. Promotes Restful Sleep: lemon balm is helpful for falling asleep more easily or improving sleep quality. It is often used in teas or tinctures in evening rituals to wind down.

3.This versatile herb can be used as mild antidepressant-like properties and is often used for mild mood imbalances or emotional fatigue. It is a great herb for supporting emotional resilience.

Try....Chia pudding in a mason jar topped with fresh berries and a mint sprig!

Guilt-free indulgence This chia pudding is packed with omega-3s, fiber, and natural sweetness. Dessert that loves you back :)
Basic Chia Pudding Recipe
🌿 Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chia seeds

½ cup plant-based milk (e.g., almond, oat, coconut, or soy)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Optional Toppings:
Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), sliced banana, coconut flakes,
nuts or seeds (pumpkin seeds, almonds), granola.
In a jar or bowl, stir together the chia seeds, plant-based milk, vanilla, and sweetener.
Stir well to prevent clumping. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any lumps.
Refrigerate
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to thicken.

Stir once more and top with your favorite healthy toppings.
