🛒 Ingredients:

For the Beef:

500g flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced 🥩

2 tbsp cornstarch 🌽

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oil for frying 🛢️

For the Sauce:

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp water

2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

1 tsp grated ginger

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Vegetables:

1 red bell pepper, sliced 🌶️

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, chopped 🧅

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Toss sliced beef with cornstarch and a splash of soy sauce. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook the beef in batches until browned and crispy. Set aside. In the same pan, sauté onion and peppers for 3–4 minutes until just tender. In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients and pour into the pan. Bring to a simmer, then return the beef to the pan. Stir everything together until coated in the glossy sauce. Serve hot with steamed rice.

Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
24 slices pepperoni
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Dough: Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
Fill & Seal: Spoon 1 tsp pizza sauce in the center of each dough round. Add 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese and 2 slices of pepperoni. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal tightly.
Bake: Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

INGREDIENTS:
6 oz cream cheese
6 large eggs
1 1/4 cups powdered sweetener (1 1/2 if prefer sweeter)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups finely ground almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Chocolate Glaze:
1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Keto Chocolate Pound Cake
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan with buttered parchment paper.
In a blender (or mixer), place the cream cheese, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla. Blend from slow to high for about 40 seconds or until completely combined.
Take a large bowl and whisk together the coconut flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Use a spatula to pour the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture and stir well until no lumps remain.
Pour into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Set out to cool on a cooling rack for at least 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
Keto chocolate glaze
Once the keto chocolate pound cake has cooled completely. Make the easy low carb chocolate glaze.
Place the sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heat-proof bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring well, until smooth and combined. Alternatively, heat on a double boiler over the stove.
Cool for 5-10 minutes and then drizzle over the top of the keto chocolate pound cake.
Slice evenly to make 12 equal slices and serve with berries, cream or on its own.

8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1⁄2 C. Dill Pickles, chopped or Dill Relish
1⁄2 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1⁄2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Pickle Juice
1 Tbsp. Dill W**d
1 C. Bacon Crumbles, microwaved 30 secs
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with 1/2 C. microwaved bacon crumbles, pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, pickle juice, chopped dill, and garlic powder. Mix until very well combined.
Spread remaining 1/2 C. microwaved bacon crumbles onto a plate. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop mixture into balls on the bacon plate (5 at a time). Roll the pickle balls in the bacon crumbles to coat the outside. Place onto a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy!
