Collagen Glow Smoothie
Quick, nourishing, and great for skin, joints, and hair!
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 scoop hydrolyzed collagen powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
½ cup frozen berries (blueberries or strawberries)
½ banana (for creaminess)
1 Tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth + creamy.
Pour into a glass, top with a few extra berries, and enjoy your collagen boost!
💡 Tip: Collagen is tasteless, so you can also stir it into coffee, oatmeal, or soups without changing the flavor.
