In an attempt to live the life of our dreams, at times we feel so burdened and overwhelmed that we forget to live life itself. This puts us in a vicious cycle of anxiety and stress to a point that for some even life becomes a burden.
Looking at the brighter side of life, spreading our roots, nourishing our soul, blossoming and growing, no matter how adverse the circumstances might be, is an art which when learnt brings immense inner growth and transformation. Recognizing your own gifts and harnessing your soul power to illuminate not just your life but your entire surroundings takes courage and a grateful heart. I embarked on a mindful journey of healing my own soul years ago. It had been a long journey but a rewarding one. Learning to navigate through life while embracing a growth mindset wasn’t easy and came with it’s highs and lows but learning to connect with my true being through meditation and inner work with the guidance and support of my mentors made it doable. I learnt to rise above my limiting beliefs and circumstances. I was no longer defined by my problems but by my unwavering courage to shift my mindset and focus on my inner landscape, exploring it’s deepest layers fearlessly and expressing my soul creatively through the medium of art, poetry and creative writing.
Moments of stillness experienced during meditation allowed me to anchor ourselves within in the present moment while aligning my thoughts and feelings so that they are consistent with my soul’s Divine blueprint. This didn’t happen overnight. It took a lot of patience, will-power and dedication to make those innumerable trips diving deep into the depths of our soul, identifying and letting go of my limiting beliefs and old patterns, conditioning and rewiring my soul to experience pure bliss. The newer version of me is more aligned, balanced, connected and in harmony with my soul’s Divine blueprint.
If the answer to any of the above questions is ‘YES’ then I urge you to make mindfulness meditation a way of life. Refuse to be enslaved by circumstances and learn to harness the power of your soul, getting back into alignment with your higher self and experiencing moments of stillness.
