1. Constant Negativity: If most interactions feel draining, and negative, or leave you feeling constantly criticized or belittled, it could be a sign of toxicity.

2. Lack of Respect for Boundaries: When your boundaries are consistently disregarded, whether it's about personal space, time, or emotional needs, it's a concerning sign.

3, Manipulative Behaviour: Being in a relationship where manipulation, guilt-tripping, or gaslighting is frequent can be toxic. This includes any form of emotional blackmail or coercion.
