With the new followers I’ve gotten lately… I’d like to say Hi! and thank you for the follow 🫶🏽 I’d like to just quickly answer some questions I’ve received lately.. OTTAWA : I am mobile and cover most of the west end, I come to YOU with everything I need to bring 60 or 90 minutes of relaxation! * 90 minute appts need to be booked through me by a text or email also address listed on appointment confirmations is needed for insurance purposes. The idea is to lift, relax and sculpt your face. It’s essentially a ‘deeper’ massage for your face and involves going inside the mouth (intra- oral) to target the muscles that are involved in functioning of the jaw (it’s not as scary as it sounds, I promise!) as well as relaxing the face and scalp muscles that are used in facial expressions, chewing, talking and grinding or clenching of the teeth. Which can sometimes have quite a drastic change in the appearance of the face.

The combination of the facial and scalp massage, intra oral, cupping and Gua sha techniques bring a fresh, lifted and rejuvenated feeling to the face. as well as the neck and shoulders which are also treated in session.

Massage therapy, Facial sculpting and buccal massage uses a therapeutic approach to the body. It helps to draw attention back to the body whether it’s to help with identifying pain/ discomfort and creating body awareness or to enjoy relaxing the body/ mind and releasing unwanted tension. Different breathing techniques can help to make you more present and calm down your nervous system Thinking of a place that’s all yours maybe it’s being in nature, memories with loved ones or a place you haven’t been too yet.. that you can ‘escape’ to when trying to meditate or be present/mindful in a chaotic environment.
