About Me
Initially, I was drawn to yoga as a method of exercise that was equally as beautiful to practice as it was strengthening and grounding. Over the years, I have found community in yoga and love of the practice. Yoga has taught me to give myself permission to experience and express joy.
I completed my 200hr YTT at Astanga Yoga Ottawa in 2018. My classes are accessible yet challenging Astanga-inspired Vinyasa sequences and a time for students to relax the reins for an hour and trust the asana to guide them safely to a place of strength and balance.
I aim to empower students to acknowledge their limitations as temporary and embrace them with a heart full of love. I am happy to offer modifications on an individual basis. My mission is to get people moving, help them grow stronger and change perceptions about what and who yoga is for by empowering individuals to embrace whatever level they are at wholeheartedly.
