Unless you're a Grace member you probably haven't heard that online classes are shutting down at the end of April. I'm so proud of this little platform but it's time to focus on Osteopathy and find skilled movement therapists to refer out to.

I'm taking a vacation at the beginning of May but will be back May 16 and still have some openings available at the Ottawa Naturopathic Clinic. As well, I'm excited to now be working at Glebe Osteopathy and Wellness on Saturday's and Monday evenings for you 9-5ers.

As much as I love vacation, I'm really looking forward to coming home and establishing a new, more focused routine, helping people in my community live healthier, happier lives through manual therapy.

It's officially November, which is a fantastic time to book in to see your therapists, whether or not you feel you "need" to. Here's why:

➡️ Generally, the longer you leave things, the worse they get, and the longer (and more expensive) it becomes to make corrections

➡️ Preventative care, and finding issues before they present as symptoms, will save you time, money and keep you out of pain in the future

➡️ End of the year means that unused benefits will soon be gone. If your treatment plan requires more visits than are covered by your yearly benefits, you will have an opportunity to continue care as the New Year arrives
