Yesterday, we got the chance to visit the Canadian War Museum! 🇨🇦🏛️

What a fun and immersive way to learn about Canada’s history through stories, artifacts, and interactive exhibits.

From exploring historic vehicles to walking through galleries filled with powerful moments from the past, there was something that sparked everyone’s curiosity.

If you're looking for an accessible way to experience Canada's history, we highly recommend Canada's War Museum!

🍀 On Friday, we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day together with our folks!

From festive decorations to lots of laughter, it was a great afternoon filled with community, connection, and a little bit of Irish spirit. 💚

We at OFP greatly appreciate the work done by family caregivers to support those we serve. We see the dedication as well as the tool it can take and the difficulties that family caregivers face. That's why we want to make you aware of two upcoming free online workshops you as a caregiver may benefit from.

First, on March 19, the Ontario Caregiver Organization is offering "Family Dynamics & Caregiving: Navigating Relationships with Less Stress". In this workshop you will join Brenda Davie, a professional Caregiver Coach, for a supportive, honest conversation about the unique challenges family caregivers face. Next, on April 20, the Kingston Community Health Centres is offering an "Introduction to Powerful Tools for Caregivers: Managing Stress" This is an introductory session for those who are considering taking the Powerful Tools for Caregivers workshop series. The series is an educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend, whether they are helping a parent, spouse, friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country.
