Myth or Fact? 🤔

💭 You need antibiotics for a winter cold. 🤧

❌ Myth.

Most colds are caused by viruses and antibiotics only treat bacterial infections. Taking antibiotics when they aren’t needed won’t help you feel better faster and can contribute to antibiotic resistance.

Supportive care like rest, fluids, humidified air, and symptom relief is usually the best treatment for a common cold.

Not sure if it’s “just a cold” or something more?

We’re here to help you decide what’s appropriate. 💙

Happy Wednesday! 💚

Take a moment to reset your posture.

Align ears over shoulders, engage your core, and let your muscles relax.

Small posture corrections throughout the day can help prevent strain and support long-term spinal health.

✨ Talk to Us Tuesday ✨

If you had an extra hour every day, how would you spend it on your health?

Would it be moving your body, meal prepping, getting more sleep, or taking time to de-stress? Small choices add up to big changes over time.

👇 Tell us in the comments! We’d love to hear your ideas! 💙

Take a quick break, refuel, and step back in with clarity. ☀️

Even a short pause to hydrate, stretch, or breathe can recharge your body and mind.

Small resets help you finish the day feeling focused and well.

Happy Monday, everyone! ✨

1 - Why am I doing everything right and still can’t lose weight?
2 - Is hormone therapy safe, or does it cause cancer?
3 - Why am I exhausted even though my labs are normal?
4 - Is it normal to have no s*x drive after 40?
5 - When should I stop blaming stress and actually see a doctor?

Myth or Fact? 🤔

💭 Supplements don’t make a real difference.

❌ Myth.

When used appropriately, supplements can help fill nutritional gaps, support energy levels, and promote overall wellness. They’re not a magic fix, but the right supplements, combined with healthy habits, can make a meaningful impact on how you feel day to day.

✨ Think of supplements as support, not a substitute, for a healthy lifestyle.

Happy Wednesday! ✨

Progress over perfection. One healthy habit is enough for today. 💚

Small steps still move you forward. Drink that water, take that walk, or choose a nourishing meal. Every choice counts.
