HAPPY NP WEEK!!! We are so blessed with amazing providers at Family Care Dahlonega. Happy NP week to Callie Chester and Taylor Harkness. If you have seen them, you know they are 10/10 awesome. How lucky are we to have them at our clinic?!

Our own veteran, Dr. Jeff Dowis, was the speaker this morning at Blackburn Elementary School. They put on such a celebration!

Thank you, veterans, for your courage, your service, and your dedication. We, here at Family Care Dahlonega, honor you every day.🎖️

Drs. Jeff and Lindsay Dowis of Family Care Dahlonega have some exciting news to share!

Our clinic is partnering with Northside Hospital System effective 11/1/25. We are so thankful for this opportunity!

You will see all the same loving faces and “business as usual” will not change. This partnership affords our clinic with resources we have not previously had to serve our beloved patients even better, improve our technology, and move even more focus to each individual patient.

In the first few days of our transition, our wait times may be a touch longer than usual, but we will surely continue our excellent patient care. Drs. Dowis, all providers, and staff have dedicated many hours to this transition to ensure it is as smooth as possible.

We are grateful each day to serve our community, and so thankful for the patients that make it possible. As we head into the holiday season, we are dedicated as ever to be here for your medical needs and will continue to treat every patient like family.
