❄️🥶 Baby, it’s COLD outside… but your pet’s joints don’t have to be! 🐾✨

Just like us, our furry friends can feel the chill — stiff joints, slower walks, and the “I’d-rather-stay-on-the-heated-blanket” blues. 🐕🐈💤

Good news? Acupuncture isn’t just for humans! This gentle, relaxing treatment can help your pet:
🌡️ Stay warm by improving circulation
🦴 Ease stiff joints and arthritis pain
💤 Reduce stress and promote deep relaxation (cue the happy snores!)

So while you’re sipping cocoa, let us help your pet feel their toes again. 😉
Call us today to book an acupuncture session — because comfort is the best gift of the season! 🎁🐾

What is osteoarthritis?

Osteoarthritis is a type of arthritis that affects the cartilage on a pet's joints. This can cause the cartilage to break down, forcing the bones to rub against one another. Osteoarthritis not only makes movement harder, but it can also cause severe pain. One way we can treat this in cats is by using an injection called Solensia. Solensia works like your cat's naturally made antibodies to reduce pain signals. One of our clinic cats, Jerry, struggles with OA pain, but after starting him on the Solensia injections, we have noticed a huge difference in his activity levels. Jerry now gets the zoomies, and likes to jump on top of our cabinets! If you suspect that your cat may have OA pain, give us a call to make an appointment and discuss the Solensia injection with one of our doctors.

We have set-up a microchip scanning station, located on the right side of the building. If you find a lost pet and we are not open, this station will allow you to check the pet for a microchip, and hopefully reunite them with their family! There are instructions on the inside of the box, sticky notes, and 2 pens. 🐾❤️
