North Georgia Mindfulness Project Mindfulness is the practice of present moment awareness. Challenges and difficulties are workable and a Mindfulness practice is fundamental to this work.

We teach Mindfulness & meditation and want to spread the word about how applying Mindfulness to your life WILL make you happier, healthier, more appreciative, compassionate, and calm. Goals:
- To cultivate calm
- To reduce stress
- To provide perspective
- To bolster compassion
- To aid in better focus
- To nurture better communication with others
- To ameliorate various forms of suffering
