In 2015-16 the coalition/SHAC added the Whole Child Whole Community- Healthy, Safe and Secure, Engaged, Supported, Challenged Academically. Dr. Pat Cooper from McCombs Mississippi Model “How to Change the Village.” (2007) The Economic Truth in sequence.
1.If children don’t come to school ready to learn, they won’t finish high school. Then we are judged that the public school system has failed.
2.If the public school system fails, health care, MHMR, correctional systems will fail.
3.If the public school systems fail there will be less skilled workers, less productivity, higher taxes, etc. We have got to change the way we do business in the village!

"The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away." - Pablo Picasso That is also what God's word says too.

Once you find your gift and calling, it is up to you to share it. Have a great day.

Sharing information from Naples Church Of Christ Steve Curtis to determine if there is interest in a monthly support group for caregivers. Se description below:

Caregiver’s Support- Taking Care of You - Caregiver burnout
Caregiver burnout is a state of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion that can happen when you dedicate time and energy to manage the health and safety of someone else. Caregivers who experience burnout may feel tired, stressed, guilty, withdrawn, anxious and depressed. A monthly support group for Caregivers is forming in Naples. The group is free and allows for confidential sharing and will provide tools and suggestions on how to take care of you while you take care of others. Meetings will be hosted at the Naples Church of Christ, 303 Main St. For more information or to express an interest, please contact Dr. Steve Curtis at 720-371-1269 or Curtis.sf@gmail.com
