At Capstone Healthcare, we care about our team — that’s why we’ve set up a Fun Fruit & Water Bar to help everyone stay hydrated and refreshed. With a variety of fruity-infused water recipes to choose from, staying cool has never tasted better.

And because a little treat goes a long way, we’ve also added a Popcorn & Candy Snack Station for a sweet (and salty) pick-me-up throughout the day! 🎉

Cognitive Exercise with Julie Florence 🧠💙

At Capstone Healthcare of Daingerfield, we believe in nurturing both body and mind — and so does Julie Florence, one of our wonderful cooks! Julie goes above and beyond by volunteering her personal time — either before her shift or on her days off — to lead cognitive exercises for our residents.

Her dedication and heart for service are just a few of the many reasons we’re so grateful to have her on our team. Thank you, Julie, for pouring love into everything you do — in and out of the kitchen!

We were blessed once again to welcome First Baptist Church of Hughes Springs for Worship Wednesday! Our residents always look forward to the uplifting music, heartfelt sing-alongs, and meaningful Bible study. Moments like these bring joy, comfort, and a true sense of community to everyone involved.

Meet Mr. Eddie: A Story of Strength, Determination, and Homecoming

When Mr. Eddie arrived at Capstone Healthcare of Daingerfield after a recent lower extremity amputation, life had thrown him a major curveball. But Mr. Eddie wasn’t one to give up.

He wanted to get back to the everyday things that mattered most—his independence, his hobbies, and life at home with his wife.

With the support of our compassionate rehab team and a personalized therapy plan, Mr. Eddie worked hard every single day. He learned to transfer in and out of bed, adapted to using assistive devices, and slowly but surely regained the confidence to reclaim his daily routines.

Today, Mr. Eddie is back home where he belongs—living life on his terms.
