After a recent fall, Ms. H came to Capstone Healthcare of Daingerfield determined to regain her strength and independence. With guidance from our therapy team, she worked hard each day to rebuild balance, mobility, and confidence.

By discharge, Ms. H had met all her therapy goals and was once again safely managing her daily activities. Her dedication and positive spirit remind us why we do what we do—helping each resident get back to living life to the fullest.
