Our Dakota Dunes Office is moving to a new location in August 2025! We are very excited to offer additional parking, waiting room space and clinic rooms to our patients! The new location will be very close to our current location, just the next-door building. We will announce the exact date as it approaches in addition to notifying currently scheduled patients.

Provider Spotlight!
Dr. Chabra provides Dermatology care at our Dakota Dunes Clinic, as well as clinics in Hawarden, Wayne, Ida Grove and Onawa.
Indy Chabra, MD, PhD, is a Board-certified Dermatologist, and also Board-certified in Mohs Micrographic Surgery for skin cancers. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Chabra is committed to caring for both pediatric and adult patients for all their medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology needs. Dr. Chabra graduated from Stanford University with a BS in Chemistry and Biological Sciences, and an AB in Economics. He obtained his MD and PhD degrees from Stony Brook University. His PhD is in Microbiology and Genetics. Dr. Chabra completed his Dermatology residency at UPMC, Pittsburgh, where he received extensive training in Pediatric Dermatology at both outpatient clinics, and at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. At UPMC, Dr. Chabra also received extensive training in Mohs surgery through various surgical clinics. Dr. Chabra grew up on Long Island, NY. Provider Spotlight!
Dr. Safo provides care at our Dakota Dunes location as well as visiting outreach clinics in, Wayne, Sioux Center, Ida Grove and Onawa. Dr. Patrick Safo is Board certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Dr. Safo completed his undergraduate training with a BSc degree in Chemistry and Pharmacology from Stony Brook University in New York. He obtained both an MD and PhD from Harvard Medical School in Boston and transitioned to Johns Hopkins Bayview center for his internship training. His dermatology residency was completed at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Besides Dermatology, Dr. Safo enjoys spending time with the family, playing soccer, table tennis, squash and traveling. Please call our office at 605-422-3000 to schedule an appointment.

New provider and location alert!
Emma Duprey, PA-C has joined our growing practice! Emma will be providing care at our Dakota Dunes location on Thursday's. In addition, she will beginning seeing patients in Yankton starting February 7th and Vermillion early March! We are very excited to have Emma as a part of our team!

Please meet our newest provider, Emma Duprey. She is a Certified Physician Assistant who was born and raised in Sioux Falls. She attended the University of South Dakota and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Biology, while working for the local Vermillion Fire and EMS as an EMT. She had the privilege of staying in Vermillion to obtain her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Dakota. She calls Vermillion home now and is very excited to serve her community long-term.

She treats patients of all ages with psoriasis, warts, eczema, skin cancers, acne and any other skin, hair and nail conditions.

She and her significant other, Noah, have one dog, Spud. They enjoy traveling and spending time at the river with family and friends.

She currently holds licenses in South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
