Lunchtime Solutions is proud to announce the promotion of Tammy Coyle to President! Tammy joined the company in 2016, bringing extensive experience in accounting, finance, and operations to Lunchtime Solutions. She has steadily advanced through leadership roles, including Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Executive Vice President.

Her leadership has improved operational efficiencies, standardized best practices, and supported high customer satisfaction during a time of changing school nutrition regulations and evolving district needs. “Tammy has been a key part of our success and a valued team member since she joined the company ten years ago. She has played a pivotal role in our significant growth, and her insights as a member of the Board of Directors have been invaluable. I congratulate Tammy on her well-deserved promotion to President,” said Amy Lundgren, current CEO and Chairperson.

Everyone needs someone like Sue Henry on their team! Sue has been a Kitchen Helper on our team at Lake City Public Schools Bluff View Elementary for more than 3 years, preparing the unlimited fruit and veggie bar for close to 500 students each day, then helping serve lunch and clean up. She is a joy to work with and one of the hardest working people we know. We're proud to feature her as our Friday Face this week!

Some fun facts about Sue: She spends lots of time with her six rescue kitties. Her favorite colors are pink and purple. And she loves to take her black Trans Am for rides in the country.

"From the minute she punches in to the minute she leaves, she is always busy and productive," said Food Service Director Jessica Schmidt. "She has built great relationships with the students who come through her line—often knowing what they’re going to choose before they even say it. Despite all the changes we’ve had this year, Sue hasn’t let it slow her down. She continues to adapt to new ways of doing things and is always willing to answer questions or help when needed." Thank you for living our values each day, Sue -- you are appreciated!
