Today we’re proudly celebrating Autism Awareness Day by wearing blue in support of the amazing individuals and families we serve. 💙

We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with such incredible kids every day—watching them grow, learn, and achieve new milestones is truly the most rewarding part of what we do. Each child brings something unique and special, and we are honored to be a part of their journey.

Today is not just about awareness, but also about acceptance, inclusion, and celebrating the strengths and differences that make every child extraordinary. We love our kids, we love what we do, and we’re proud to stand together in support. 💙

We had a special visitor at Ross Clark Clinic today! The Easter Bunny stopped by to spend time with all of our friends. We enjoyed lots of laughter, egg hunting, photo opportunities, and worked on fine motor and group skills together. The kids had an absolute blast! 🥰🐰

What may look like “just fun” is actually so much more — our kiddos were working on communication, social skills, transitions, patience, and independence ALL while laughing and making memories with their peers 💕

🐣✨ Our RNH Egg-ceptional Easter Egg-stravaganza was one to remember! ✨🐰

Today was filled with so much more than just eggs and excitement—it was a beautiful reminder that **learning, connection, and life skills can (and should!) be FUN** 💛

From our structured egg hunts to rotating activity stations, our kiddos worked on:
🌈 Following directions
🥚 Receptive identification
⏳ Waiting and turn-taking
🗣️ Communication and social skills
👏 And celebrating each other’s successes along the way

With every egg found, every transition completed, and every smile shared, our learners were building meaningful skills in real time—through play, engagement, and connection.

Our amazing RBTs brought the energy, the structure, and the heart—making sure every moment was intentional, interactive, and reinforcing. Because at RNH, it’s not just about pairing… it’s about **being present, engaging, and growing together**.

Today on World Behavior Analysis Day, I just want to take a moment to celebrate the most incredible team I have the honor of leading. 💙

Being in this position is something I will never take for granted. I am so deeply thankful for each and every one of our staff members who pour their hearts into the lives of our clients every single day. It truly takes a special kind of person to show up consistently with patience, compassion, strength, and dedication to work in the field of autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. You are changing lives in ways that many people will never fully see — but I see it, and I am endlessly grateful. ✨

To our amazing RBTs — you are on the front lines every day. You are the hands that teach, the voices that encourage, the calm during hard moments, and the biggest cheerleaders during victories big and small. The progress our children make is because of your consistency, your love, and your belief in them. I cannot thank you enough for the commitment you show to these families. ❤️

To our wonderful supervisors and clinical leaders — thank you for guiding, mentoring, and building treatment plans that truly make an impact.
