Warmly welcoming visitors, drivers, sales representatives, and customers. Helping direct them to appropriate areas.
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing scale house duties, scaling drivers in and out and helping drivers get to the right location.
Maintaining an organized and welcoming from desk area.
Handling all receiving shipments UPS FED EX and picking up mail.
Additional duties will apply!
Positive attitude and friendliness
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
Organized and detail oriented
Experience in customer service or reception
Bilingual preferred!
