First and foremost, thank you for trusting us with your healthcare needs. Over the past several months, we have seen tremendous growth between our rural health clinics, as well as across the District, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to care for you and your families.
We also know this season has come with challenges and frustrations as we have worked through staffing changes, process improvements, and growing pains. Thank you for your patience, your grace, and for continuing to stand with us as we work every day to strengthen healthcare access in our community.
For the past 18 months, we have offered designated same day appointments, but we have not truly functioned as a walk-in clinic.
That changes NOW. 🎉
High Country Rural Health Clinic is now accepting walk-in patients, as well as scheduled appointments, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM for acute same day healthcare needs. If you wake up sick, have an unexpected illness, or need to be seen quickly, our team is here and ready to care for you.
We are also accepting new patients who are looking for a primary care provider. If you need a healthcare home, someone to walk alongside you in your health journey, or simply a team that truly cares, we would be honored to serve you. 💙
Stay tuned because there are many positive changes happening behind the scenes at DHCHD to improve continuity of care, strengthen billing processes, improve the patient experience, and so much more. We are committed to continuing to grow, improve, and better serve our communities every single day.
