- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (at least 85% cocoa)
- Optional: pinch of salt, vanilla extract, or other flavorings

Instructions:
1. Prepare the peanut butter mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and sugar-free sweetener. Mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Line a mini muffin tin: Use liners or grease the tin with a small amount of coconut oil or cooking spray.
3. Fill the liners with peanut butter mixture: Divide the mixture evenly among the liners (about 1-2 tablespoons each).

I wasn’t sure how this would turn out but I made it last night and I needed it again! You obviously don’t have to eat it all or you can have more depending on your goals. I was behind on calories and protein today so I will eat this over the course of the evening.

1 oz package sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake Jell-O mix
1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)

Mix 1 container of fat free Cool Whip with 1 box of sugar free vanilla pudding mix. Then fold in ½ cup crushed pineapple (canned in 100% juice, drained really well). Pop it in the freezer and OMG 😍 it tastes like pineapple whip ice cream — light, sweet, and tropical!

I sprinkled a little unsweetened coconut on top because ya gotta live a little 🌴💛

6 Tbsp = creamy, fruity, and totally guilt-free!
