Hey y’all 👋🏾 we’re starting a self-esteem group for Black and Brown girls ages 13–15 and it’s gonna be everything.

We’re talking real conversations about confidence, beauty standards, boundaries, and how to show up as your full self without shrinking. It’s a safe space with licensed therapists who get it.

Perfect for girls who need a little extra support, a strong sisterhood, and a place to feel seen.
