You all truly showed out, bringing your inner artists to the table and proving that while the world talks about conflict, the real "WAR" we conquer is the one for our own minds and bodies.

Eye am so thankful to answer the call to my body and leave it out on the floor. We are less than a week away from our return to the Dance floor on the auspicious Winter Solstice for a Contemporary Movement Workshop full of healing and lasting impact.
