Hey Finish your ice storm preparations but don't forget to prepare your body as well! There's still time to get in before getting stuck at home this weekend, for an adjustment (for established patients) and/or a 15 minute neck & shoulder massage on the chair. We've got openings between 2-6pm for walk-in availability or use online scheduling to reserve an appointment time.

As a bonus, I just got back from the New Georgia Publix (1:15pm) and they are still pretty well stocked and not very busy if you need to run in for some last minute items. Swing by the office and let us spine-tune you up...

While you are getting ready for the weekend winter storm, remember to include your body in the preparations! Come in for a spinal tune-up or a chair massage (or both!)... we will be in all day today and tomorrow Thursday & Friday) 11-6 and we can accommodate a few walk-ins for established patients, or shoot us a call or text to get on the schedule.

Remember... during this time you may be doing things you don't normally do while getting supplies together or cleaning up around the house and yard, like bending and lifting. Please be mindful of body mechanics and do some warm up stretches and motion to avoid straining muscles and joints.
