Come explore what lives beneath the surface.
Through breathwork and a chakra-guided Yoga Nidra, you will be gently invited to meet the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen. No fixing, no analyzing. Just deep rest and honest inquiry moving through each energy center.
Afterward, we gather in an open sharing circle where you are witnessed, not advised.
