This Valentine’s season, our community shared love from the heart. 💗

Our teachers and members wrote sweet notes about one another, and it filled the studio with so much warmth and connection. It’s a beautiful reminder that what makes Soul Friends Yoga Center special is the love we share beyond the mat.

The hearts will stay up through the 28th leading into our anniversary celebration—so be sure to pause and read them next time you’re at the studio.

Three years of movement, breath, growth, and the most beautiful community we could have ever dreamed of.

To our founding members — the ones who have been with us from the very beginning — thank you for believing in us “from the get-go.” Your loyalty, trust, and steady presence built the foundation of Soul Friends.

To every member who continues to show up, roll out your mat, and share your energy with us — you are the reason we do this. Soul Friends is more than a studio. It is a community that truly feeds the soul.

We’re celebrating on the 28th after the 10 AM class! The birthday party begins at 11:15 AM, and you can register just for the celebration if you’d like. It’s free, it’s going to be fun, and we can’t wait to celebrate together.
