So who says you don't have time to jig and clean?

I stopped propped up my camera on something that was sturdy and challenged myself to keep my arms up and moving until the end of the song!

Not only did I intentionally move but I got me a 5 min arm workout in...

1. I released some emotional blocks...
I literally started crying (the body holds the story).
I didn't realize how much I missed moving intuitively.

2. My dopamine (feel good receptors we firing)

3. I accomplished what I said I was going to do.

Man I missed the rush of it all!
Yesterday was a really smooth day.
Today we saw 60 ppl with 3 phlebotomists instead of 4.

And that’s when it gets real exciting! If you can’t go with the flow you’re going to be hella anxious & angry bc things change from moment to moment. 😂 TODAY WE ROCKED IT!
Every day is different even though doing the technique is the same but everyone is different. It’s weird to say that I love my job bc you know… I’m sticking ppl. Lol but I really get to enjoy providing a quality service and smiles for the community!

Getting to exercise my Spanish and being understand is absolutely a thrill for me and for us to share a laugh is the cherry on top! Being the comedian that I think I am to tell a joke in a different language is my superpower! 💅😆
