Here is a perfect example of how tear trough filler can be LIFE CHANGING 🙌🏼
This patient received 3 syringes of filler to the tear troughs and mid-face area as well as 2 syringes of filler to the oral commissure (corners of mouth) and nasolabial folds. She also received Botox throughout face to diminish wrinkles and to open her eyes more and lift her brows.
This treatment is considered the most difficult non-surgical area to treat on the face due to the thin skin in the area as well as the knowledge and skill level that is required of the medical professional.
Dr. DeGironemo has created a special injection technique that utilizes the underlying anatomy while layering the filler in a specific way using a blunt tip cannula. Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau OH MY!
Did you know that Botox is actually just 1 of several brand names of Neurotoxin?
Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport and Xoemin are all Neurotoxins and they all accomplish the same goal- reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
All of these products are FDA approved, safe and effective, non-invasive, and temporarily treat facial wrinkles.
So you may be thinking...which one should I get?
In our experience, each individual is different and prefers a certain product for various reasons. The biggest difference between products is the onset time. Botox typically takes 2 weeks to kick in whereas Jeuveau and Dysport kick in sooner.

Before and after LIP FILLER
Did you know that Dr. DeGironemo customizes each lip treatment based on anatomy and patient goals?
A blend of products and techniques are typically used for the best results because no two lips are the same.
This was her 2nd time receiving lip filler from us. During her consultation, Dr. D suggested to add slightly more filler to her top lip to create more of a 1:1 ratio while still respecting the top lip anatomy. Notice how a little lip filler can completely change the look of the face when it is used to compliment the other facial features.
It should be noted that this photo was taken immediately after her treatment. The swelling you see in the 2nd photo is completely normal and will subside within 2 weeks. Stay tuned for an updated "after" photo of our beautiful patient here :)

"The 30 minute nose-job" aka Liquid Rhinoplasty has become a popular treatment as more and more people are seeking non-surgial options to enhance their appearance.
This procedure is performed in office using dermal filler and Botox. There is NO downtime and the procedure takes about 30 minutes including consultation and numbing time.
So...who is a good candidate for this procedure?
The best candidates are those with a dorsal hump and/or slight downward tip when smiling.
As you can see in the illustration, filler is placed above and below the dorsal hump to essentially camoflauge the dorsum, creating a straight appearance from the side. Botox is also placed at the base of the nose to relax the muslces that pull the nasal tip downward. This procedure can also give the nose a more sleek, narrow appearance from the front.
A liquid rhinoplasty can also be used to touch up a nose when someone has already had a rhinoplasty. Occasionally patients have had a nose job, but would still like to improve a small area of the nose. The liquid rhinoplasty is often a great option to revise and improve the nose after a rhinoplasty.
Results typically last anywhere from 9-18 months.
