As a Birth Doula I strive to provide holistic care and support throughout your birthing experience!

About me:
I have been drawn to caring for people all my life. As the granddaughter of a woman that quite literally to this day has taken care of everyone around her in every way, it is instilled in me to help, support, and provide. Unknowingly, I doulaed my first baby 8 years ago to a friend in college. You can say it came naturally. Throughout the years I have continued to help the ladies in my life in their pregnancy journeys. It wasn’t until I went through my own that I realized the true importance of having a doula. I wouldn’t have made it through my home birth without her!

Goal:
As a licensed massage therapist I understand the importance of taking care of your body; especially in such a sensitive time as that of pregnancy.

As a new doula I will be there to help you and your family establish and enforce the birth plan you desire. Whether you choose to have a home birth with a midwife, birth in a birthing center, or even a hospital I will be there to support you! Every one needs someone to help advocate for them. I will also provide relaxing prenatal and postnatal massages, and connect you with amazing birthing classes and sources that would help you in this next chapter of life.

I currently need 4 births to complete my Doula certification. This service will be complimentary on a first come first serve basis!
