Most people think magnesium is only about sleep.

Magnesium matters for mineral balance, nervous system regulation, inflammation, muscle tension, jaw discomfort, blood sugar support, and even cavity risk. When the body is depleted, it can show up in more ways than people realize.
This is exactly why I always say oral health is never just about brushing your teeth. You have to look at the full picture.
