Alfredo chicken (or shrimp) over spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles or palmini noodles! π
Keto Alfredo
Ingredients:
1 oz butter
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper (to taste)
3/4 cup Parmesan (grated or shredded)
Directions:
1.Melt the butter in a saucepan.
2.Add the cream, with pepper and salt. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
3.Add the Parmesan, 1/4 cup at a time, stirring to incorporate.
*Makes about 1 1/4 cup. 9.5g net carbs for entire recipe. 2.4g per serving based on four servings.
