Most people don’t get stuck in grief because they’re weak.
They get stuck because they don’t understand its mechanics.
Grief has a physiology. A rhythm. A flow.
When that flow is interrupted, the nervous system tightens, meaning collapses, and the mind starts looping in self-blame.
I was stuck there longer than I needed to be.
Not because I wasn’t trying, but because I didn’t yet understand what was happening inside me.
Everything changed when I began to see grief as something that moves, not something to conquer.
When I learned how safety restores flow.
That understanding gave me choice again.
And that’s where relief begins.
It’s also what allowed me to create the spiritual success system I now work with,
a process grounded in physiology, regulation, and lived restoration, not theory.
