Join us this Sunday 4:30-6pm as we sip Kava - a natural drink made from kava root from the South Pacific. It produces calming, mildly euphoric, and muscle-relaxing effects without impairing mental clarity.

You will then be guided through a completely passive restorative yoga practice while being bathed in the sumptuous sounds of crystal singing bowls, traditional Chinese chau gong, ocean drum, and Merkaba chime.
