Whether you’re learning to lift off or working toward more control and hang time, this 90-minute class is designed to help you build the strength, balance, and body awareness you need to take flight.
We’ll warm up with core work and drills, break down the key elements of crow, and explore variations—all with plenty of support and encouragement along the way.
