They’re back on Saturday, June 28 with this month’s featured pose: Crow Pose!

Whether you’re learning to lift off or working toward more control and hang time, this 90-minute class is designed to help you build the strength, balance, and body awareness you need to take flight.

We’ll warm up with core work and drills, break down the key elements of crow, and explore variations—all with plenty of support and encouragement along the way.

I’ve been dealing with a terrible case of restlessness the past few weeks. My thoughts were racing, my body was tense, my interactions were tense 😅 and nothing felt satisfying—not even snacks.
(I almost got into it with someone on the tollway. So, yeah—growth opportunity.)

Instead of spiraling, I made this:

As someone who is proudly half Chinese, this time of year holds special significance for me. The snake is a symbol of transformation, wisdom, and rebirth. Just as a snake sheds its skin, we too are invited to let go of what no longer serves us—old habits, limiting beliefs, past fears—and step into a fresh, renewed version of ourselves.
