Whether you’re learning to lift off or working toward more control and hang time, this 90-minute class is designed to help you build the strength, balance, and body awareness you need to take flight.

I’ve been dealing with a terrible case of restlessness the past few weeks. My thoughts were racing, my body was tense, my interactions were tense 😅 and nothing felt satisfying—not even snacks.
(I almost got into it with someone on the tollway. So, yeah—growth opportunity.)

Instead of spiraling, I made this:
