📣We have two announcements: one about an insurance change and the other about our schedule.
➡️ 1. Insurance Change
As of Sept. 1, 2022, please be advised that we will no longer be in-network with Aetna PPO. We will continue to be in-network with Medicare patients that have their primary or secondary coverage through Aetna. Feel free to contact the office if you have any questions. Patients with Aetna PPO insurance may still see Dr. Niroomand at self-pay rates. If self-pay is not an option for you at this time, you may contact Aetna to find an in-network dermatologist. Our office can forward your records to another doctor with a submitted medical consent form. Fax consent forms to 469-341-0333.
➡️ 2. Scheduling Announcement
Dr. Niroomand will be out of the office Tuesday, Aug. 30, through Friday, Sept. 23, 2022. However, the office will still be open, and staff will be available for appointment scheduling and cosmetic services during that time. So you will still be able to receive facials, peels, microneedling and laser hair removal. If you need an appointment with Dr. Niroomand, please request one as soon as possible by calling 214-303-1102. We'd like to see you if you require care.

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe forehead lines, crow's feet, and frown lines between the eyebrows in adults.
-
Talk to your doctor about BOTOX® Cosmetic and whether it’s right for you. There are risks with this product - the effects of BOTOX® Cosmetic may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems or muscle weakness can be a sign of a life-threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at the highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection-site pain, fatigue and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness. Don’t receive BOTOX® Cosmetic if there’s a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions (including ALS/Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis, or Lambert-Eaton syndrome), and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.
