Call. Please call. Say their names. This is the only way forward because the gut-wrenching truth is no one can go back.

When you’re done with that call make calls to help ensure schools are safe. Camp and school should be where all of our kids feel safe. Moms uniting through advocacy and love 🫶🏼✨🩷

Summer updates! 🍋 I’m a Registered Play Therapist known for my work with disordered eating and eating disorder support for kids, teens and their families. Over the years I’ve also loved supporting college girlies home for the summer (and beyond if Tx based!), emerging adults and those in the depths of parenthood. This summer I’m opening more spots up for the overwhelmed & overstimulated, moms & young adult women.

We might be a great fit if you’re:

- feeling the need to scream more often than not because your children feel like so much
- need to triage the status quo of parenting
- feeling like a shadow of your old self and wanting to find your way back
- curious what you’re tweens and teens FOR THE LOVE OF ALL are actually doing with their lives
- facing unexpected transitions and grieving
- sorting through medical diagnoses and the unknown

SO thankful for colleagues across disciplines that trust me with their clients’ care. This is the heart behind the business. 🫶🏼 Being a therapist is so much more than showing up to the office and I’m thankful for the grace and support from each of you this past year. Cheers to us all embracing ourselves in new and different ways in the new year, resting and knowing that even if we just made it to this point, it’s victory enough. 🫶🏼
