🌟Important Announcement from Agapé Physical Therapy🌟

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an important change regarding our network status with United Healthcare (UHC).

As of July 1, 2025, Agapé Physical Therapy will no longer be an in-network provider with UHC.

This decision was not made lightly. UHC's reimbursement rates have remained unchanged since 2009, while operational costs have significantly increased. Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach an agreement on updated reimbursement rates.

What This Means for You:

1. Continue Your Care Through June: We encourage you to attend all scheduled appointments through June to maximize your benefits.

2. Planning for Care After June: If you need treatment beyond June, please communicate with your provider and our clinic team to explore options.

3. Out-of-Network Coverage: You may still have out-of-network benefits after July 1. Contact UHC to verify your benefits.

4. Alternative Payment Options: Our team is here to discuss various payment options to help you continue your care without interruption.

At Agapé, your health and well-being are our top priorities. Should you have any questions about this change, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for trusting Agapé Physical Therapy with your healthcare journey.
