Shelby Carino A calm space for integration-not hype, fear, or quick fixes Hi, I'm Shelby! My biggest passion is teaching and relationships, specifically in the sector of love.

Welcome to The Queen of Total Wellness, where I help women navigating spiritual awakening & life transitions find clarity, emotional stability, and self-trust through grounded, ethical education. I get excited about mentoring women and guiding them on their highest journey of their authentic maternal self. When women are fully connected to their divine spiritual selves, with all their communication channels activated, they are in their full power, able to fulfill their little girl fantasy of relationships and turn it into a full-fledged reality. When I'm not mentoring women and their relationships, I love spending time with my husband Joe because he is my best friend. I'm a big fan of chips and queso, and I always order my tea half sweet and half unsweet. I love anything that has crystal blue water, and the beach is my haven of peace because I'm a Pisces and I love all things water. I thrive in warm weather, tank tops, flip flops, and windows open on a nice warm sunny day. I also enjoy working out, volunteering in my community, and traveling to fulfill my spiritual mission of service work. Movies are another one of my passions, and I love connecting with people to help them find their higher purpose. I believe that every woman has the potential to create the relationship she desires and deserves, and I'm dedicated to helping them achieve that goal. Let's connect and discover what's possible for you!

During inner change, information is everywhere — but understanding is not.

Education, when it’s grounded and paced well, can be stabilizing.

It offers language.
Context.
A sense of orientation when things feel unfamiliar.

This is why I approach education as a form of grounding — not something to accelerate growth, but something that helps awareness settle into real life.

Here’s a question I often return to during periods of transition:

What am I being asked to understand — not change — right now?

So much pressure exists around moving forward, deciding quickly, or redefining everything at once.

But sometimes, clarity comes from allowing understanding to deepen before action is taken.

I share reflections like this periodically through my emails — offered as orientation, not instruction.

A gentle reminder:

Nothing needs to be rushed.

Not your understanding.
Not your clarity.
Not your next step.

When awareness changes, the nervous system often needs time to catch up.

That time isn’t wasted.
It’s supportive.

👉 Save this for the moments when things feel unclear.

One of the most unsettling parts of inner change is the pressure to do something about it immediately.

To define it.
To fix it.
To move through it quickly.

But not every phase of growth asks for action.

Some phases ask for acknowledgement.
For steadiness.
For allowing understanding to arrive before decisions are made.

Inner change doesn’t always require urgency.
Sometimes, it requires patience and permission to move at a human pace.

If this perspective feels supportive, you’re welcome to share it with someone who might need it.

I want to describe something, and you can notice whether it feels familiar.

You’re still functioning.
Still showing up.
Still doing what needs to be done.

But internally, you feel quieter… or heavier… or less certain than you used to.

Not in a dramatic way.
Just enough to notice that something has shifted.

If this description resonates, you’re not alone — and you’re not imagining it.

You don’t need to explain it perfectly here.
Even recognizing it privately matters.

👉 If this resonates, you’re welcome to comment “yes” or simply read along.

Some experiences can’t be understood in short explanations.

They need time.
Nuance.
Room to unfold.

ShelbyRADIO was created as a space for long-form conversation — where spiritual development, emotional integration, and real-life application can be explored without oversimplification.

Many women listen while walking, resting, or moving through daily life — allowing insight to settle gradually, rather than trying to “figure everything out.”

If listening feels more supportive than reading right now, this may be a helpful place to start.

Books can be powerful companions during periods of inner change.

Not because they have answers — but because they offer language, perspective, and reassurance when you’re trying to understand what’s unfolding inside you.

Each of my books was written during real moments of integration, questioning, forgiveness, and recalibration. They’re not polished theories — they’re lived reflections meant to be read slowly, alongside real life.

Some women begin with energy awareness.
Some with forgiveness.
Some with relationships or embodiment.

There’s no correct starting point — only what feels supportive right now.

Some conversations require time.

They can’t be reduced to a soundbite or a quick takeaway without losing their meaning.

That’s why I created ShelbyRADIO.

The podcast is a space for long-form education — where ideas unfold slowly, experiences are named carefully, and nuance is allowed. There’s room to think, reflect, and let understanding settle.

Many women listen while walking, resting, or moving through daily life. Not to fix anything — but to orient themselves as awareness changes.

If listening feels more supportive than reading right now, this may be a good place to start.

Many women don’t need more information.
They need continuity.

Awareness doesn’t integrate all at once. It unfolds over time, in layers. And without consistency, women often feel like they’re starting over again and again.

My curriculum was created to support stability over time—not intensity in the moment.

It’s structured, progressive, and designed to meet women where they actually are—supporting clarity, grounding, and real-life integration as awareness evolves.

There’s no rush built into this work.
Just a steady framework that allows understanding to deepen gradually.

During spiritual awakening, many women are exposed to a lot of information—but very little structure.

Insight comes in pieces. Experiences arrive without context. And without a framework, the nervous system has to work harder to make sense of it all.

Structured learning provides something simple, but essential: containment.

It offers language for what you’re experiencing.
A pace that doesn’t overwhelm the body.
And a way to integrate awareness gradually, rather than all at once.

Structure isn’t restrictive.
It’s stabilizing.

One of the most common impulses I see during periods of inner change is the urge to “heal it” as quickly as possible.

Something feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable, and the nervous system wants resolution. Answers. Relief.

But what I’ve learned—both personally and through years of working with women—is that healing without understanding often creates more confusion, not less.

When you don’t understand what’s happening, the body stays braced.
And a braced nervous system doesn’t integrate well.

Understanding provides orientation.
Orientation brings steadiness.
And from steadiness, healing can unfold naturally—without force.

This is why I emphasize education first.
Not to delay healing, but to support it in a way that’s sustainable and respectful of the nervous system.

Many women hesitate to join email lists — and I understand why.

Most inboxes are loud, urgent, and demanding.
That’s not what this space is meant to be.

My emails are an extension of the work itself:
grounded, educational, and written to help you orient during periods of inner change.

I use email to share reflections, explanations, and context — especially for experiences that are hard to talk about out loud. Nothing is sent to provoke urgency or pressure decisions.

If you’re looking for a quieter place to receive perspective and clarity, you’re welcome to join.
