Fort Worth police officer was assisting a stranded motorist when his squad car was rear-ended at highway speeds. The driver did not slow down, and may have been texting at the time of the crash. A TxDOT arrow truck was also hit. Luckily no one was seriously injured.

Texas law requires drivers to move over a lane or slow down to 20mph below the posted speed limit when an emergency vehicle is working on the highway.
