Having been a laser instructor for over 10 years, I have experience with decreasing bruising with IPL/BBL. I am leading a learning experience for a large group of fellow injectors at an "invitation-only" event in Dallas on July 18. The training is focused on using Juvéderm Volux and Voluma for lifting the cheeks and jawline. All injections will be completed by me, in front of a sub-section of a larger group.
Here's what I'm looking for in a model:
🧂Patient must be available on July 18 from 7am until we finish the event in the afternoon. (Uptown Dallas).
🧂Patient must have moderate volume loss to their cheeks and jawline.
🧂Patient cannot be afraid of needles or crowds.
🧂Patient must allow usage of all photography before, during and after the event.
🧂Patient must be in excellent health.
🧂Patient cannot receive vaccines or dental work for 2 weeks before and after the event.
In addition, the chosen patient must have anatomy that will show visible results with my showcased injection techniques.

It’s that time of year again! 🥵SALTBOX offers two different types of anti-sweat treatments. The NEW LOCATION is officially OPEN! I’m super proud of the doors I built for Saltbox. They turned out EXACTLY how I envisioned. 🤍 It was tons of work, but in the end I’m glad that everyone I asked to build them turned me down (no less than 12 woodworkers off of FB Marketplace declined) 🤯. Now, every time I see these doors I’ll be reminded of how much I love to work with my hands, be creative, and make things pretty (not just on faces)! This accomplishment is also a testament to my capabilities as a woman. There was a point at which I realized I didn’t need a man to build me such simple doors (although a workshop would have been nice) 😊. This was something I could do all by myself! 💪🏻 So this is a gentle nudge for all of you to obtain a goal just a little outside of your comfort zone. The joy it will bring you is worth the effort. And with that, I’m off to meet “Handy Thor” so he can help me lift some very heavy furniture in the new space. ☺️😚

Ami Montague has been in the anti-aging industry since 1998, when she became both a licensed nurse and an aesthetician. Since then, Ami has spent countless hours studying anatomy, learning new techniques and perfecting her injection skills—with a focus on patient safety and natural-looking results for both men and women. Her client outcomes exemplify her love of understated, effortless beauty.
Along with her 13 years of hands-on injection experience using Botox and a wide variety of fillers, Ami has also been instructing surgeons, doctors and nurses from across the country on safe injection techniques since 2009, when she joined the National Laser Institute of Dallas.
In 2017, she was invited to join an elite group of injectors who provide trainings for the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI). Her faculty position with AMI has allowed her to further her knowledge and skills as she stays connected with her Allergan colleagues as well as the medical professionals she trains. It is not uncommon for Ami to receive over 10 texts per week from novice injectors seeking her expertise and advice as they build their knowledge and confidence.
In addition to her history with injectables, Ami also has a vast understanding of skincare, peels, lasers and other light and energy-based skin therapies. She began her laser career in early 2003 and has taught classes on skin, hair, laser safety, and laser biophysics for the National Laser Institute for over 9 years.
As a divorced, single mom since 1993, Ami knows first-hand how to optimize aesthetic preservation, while not going overboard on budget. She believes that prevention is key, but loves to work with aging clients who want a full or partial restoration and people whose genetics did not provide them with optimal facial balance.
Ami lives in Dallas, TX in her condo with her plant-babies and a beautiful view of the skyline.
