To keep this group safe, supportive, and helpful for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

1. Be Kind and Respectful - Treat all members with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. No personal attacks, bullying, foul language, or hate speech will be tolerated.

2. Stay On Topic - Posts should be relevant to the group’s purpose. Off-topic posts may be removed.

3. No Promotions or Spam - Self-promotion, spam, and irrelevant links are not allowed unless specifically approved by admins.

4. Protect Privacy - Please don't share screenshots, personal information, or messages from the group outside without the consent of the group members. Respect confidentiality.

5. Use Trigger Warnings When Needed - If your post includes potentially sensitive or emotional content, please include a clear warning (e.g., Trigger Warning: medical trauma).

6. Ask Before Sharing Resources or Events - We love helpful content, but please check with an admin before posting external links, events, or fundraisers.

7. Disagreements Are Okay, Disrespect Is Not - You don’t have to agree with everyone, but you must remain respectful. If a conversation becomes hostile, an admin may step in or turn off comments.

8. Follow Admin Instructions - Admins and moderators are responsible for maintaining the group’s integrity. Repeated guideline violations may lead to removal.

The color teal is most commonly associated with trigeminal neuralgia (TN) awareness. This is used as the color for awareness ribbons and to "light up" buildings and landmarks in honor of TN Awareness Day, October 7th. You may see TN warriors and supporters wearing teal to show support and raise awareness about this condition.
