We are excited to welcome Hannah Tapling to our counseling team! Hannah brings warmth, compassion, and a collaborative spirit to her work with children, teens, adults, and families. She creates a safe and inclusive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Hannah has experience working with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. With specialized training in play therapy, trauma-informed care, CPRT, and equine-assisted counseling, she meets clients where they are and walks alongside them toward meaningful growth and healing.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the lives lost and forever changed on September 11, 2001. This day serves as a reminder of resilience, compassion, and the importance of coming together in times of tragedy. Anniversaries like this can stir many emotions—grief, gratitude, heaviness, even hope.

In light of the heartbreaking events our country has faced in just the past day, we are reminded that grief and trauma are not bound to one moment in time—they ripple through our communities in many ways.

If you are feeling heavy today—whether from memories of 9/11, yesterday’s news, or the weight of ongoing tragedies—you are not alone. It is okay to grieve, to feel unsettled, and to seek connection.
