To all providers that accept Carefirst. Due to the data breach from Change Healthcare BOB'S are still unavailable.

We know that this is unfortunate reports from our software will be added each month so you can have an idea of the patient responsibility contracted amount paid and write off amounts for your records.

For my New York clients affected by Timely filing delays for Change Healthcare /Optum claims be resubmit claims by Sept 6, 2024 with the delay reason code NATURAL DISASTER and we will make sure it is handled appropriately.
