He has worked in a variety of settings and is skilled in working with ADHD, anxiety, young people, relationships, and bicultural concerns.

Two years of transformative growth, connection, and healing! 🎉🎈 Onward Therapy & Wellness celebrates another milestone, filled with gratitude for the incredible journey shared with our community. Thank you for your unwavering support and trust. Here's to many more years of restorative, ethical, and sustainable wellness! 🌟

This past year was another one for the books. We added a few new therapists to meet the demand for quality mental health care. We did lots of yoga, meditation, and free wellness events. We expanded our in-network insurance options. We hosted a number of continuing education workshops and trainings, and collaborated with some awesome professionals in the field. We sure learned a lot and are excited for what's to come!

Here are some pointers for practicing feeling your feelings. By acknowledging and understanding our emotions, we empower ourselves to process them in a healthy way. Remember, every emotion is a guide on our journey to wellness.

Therapists are specialists in this stuff and can help guide you as you explore them together with curiosity, patience, and kindness.
