healing can be made so simple.

as something comes up in the body and in Life, we must shift our attention towards curiosity and presence (not fear and distraction).

some of the greatest catalysts for shifting our current experience are simple questions, asked with curiosity:

what do I want?

what do I REALLY need?

where am I living in alignment? where am I living out of alignment?

what would I have to give up that I “value” so that I can step into the greatest rapport or connection with my Self? (shout-out )

instead of looking outwards, we MUST look inwards. the confusion, dissonance, and tension we feel and experience all come from within, not without. the simplicity of healing and well-being comes from our capacity to trust, honor, and acknowledge.

what a gift it is to support the Life of someone from such an early age! if you ever forget what it means to PLAY and experience Life from a unconditioned space, hang out and play with your kiddos more.

it seems like one of the biggest missing links in healing is our need to regain to capacity to play and enjoy life (not more protocols). at some point we decided to create all of these rules and boundaries for ourselves - we had/have to look, act, or portray ourselves a certain way.

not everything is so serious, and the natural unfolding of things happens independent of our ego’s desire to control things.. so lighten up 🙂

I notice the most structural and energetic rigidity in people who don’t allow for flexibility in their lives, which is a direct reflection of how much they PLAY and live congruently. many of us think we don’t have time, or shouldn’t allow ourselves the freedom because we think have so much to do or places to be or appearances to keep up.

I can say for certain that your well-being and experience of Life is a direct expression of the freedom you have within.

so I invite you on this beautiful morning to stop beating around the bush and drop in - stop blaming the external and start encouraging yourself into a space of freedom and Vitality. there’s no shame or guilt to be had, only presence ~

sometimes we work backwards from a vision we hold for ourselves ~ an experience of wholeness, liberation, and living in alignment with what we feel called to do in Life on all levels.

as you sit reading this, can you “see” it or feel it?

Chiropractic (and all True healing philosophies) as an orientation to life is so beautiful - we recognize and honor the inherent, Innate Life force within us that continually regulates, re-organizes, and connects us IN SPITE of what we put ourselves through.

so knowing that we are already Whole, how do we get there? how do we embody our vision? there is no “one-way” ~ right action comes through us individually and specific to our experience.

sometimes it feels like we must “act as if” and continue to hold the vision until it’s expressed through us and made manifest. sometimes we chip away at old, protective patterns until there’s nothing left but our inherent Wholeness and wellbeing.

healing comes down to unlearning old ways of being that maybe serves us at one time but not longer support the vision we hold. it requires us to “unbecome” the little ego trips and stories we’ve identified with and clung to. it’s not about “doing more stuff”, but bringing continued attention and awareness in as many moments as we can to clear the interferences we’ve allowed to occupy space within us.

what you seek is already there, waiting to be seen and expressed 🤍

how long will you continue to let your attention be pulled every which-way but with-in?⁣

it’s easy to be shackled by your pain, your label / diagnosis, the world “out there”. ⁣
⁣
it’s easy to look anywhere else other than inside of yourself. it’s easy to place blame on every one else and the world at large. ⁣
⁣
but what if all of that is just a reflection of what’s going on inside of YOU? ⁣
⁣
when your orientation to life shifts, so does everything else. ⁣
⁣
your pain becomes your teacher and just information to listen to. you start to the see that the world is as it’s always been and that your relationship to it is all that matters. you stop giving power to anything outside of yourself and you can finally remember that health, healing, ease, and connection come from within. ⁣

sometimes we start our work at the feet. ⁣⁣

the feet are a window into how the body and nervous system have adapted to stress, trauma, experiences, etc. neuro-physiological shifts happen in every cell of the body and can be accessed from anywhere. ⁣⁣

to you, feet may be untouchable. ⁣⁣
