"Saying NO to standard medical treatment was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But saying NO to my inner truth would have been even harder."

Elle Macpherson, 60, rejected chemotherapy, radiation, and mastectomy after her 2017 breast cancer diagnosis, choosing an eight-month holistic healing journey in Arizona with a naturopath, holistic dentist, osteopath, chiropractor, and therapists. Now in remission, she calls her health “utter wellness.”

When the 4th century meets the 21st… 🌱🧬
It’s amazing how ancient wisdom echoes through time. Hippocrates—often called the Father of Medicine—reminded us over 2,000 years ago:
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

Fast forward to today, and we’re finally catching up—with the help of FUNCTIONAL GEMONICS. We now understand how food, nature, and targeted nutraceuticals can support health all the way down to the cellular level.

We’re not just talking about treating symptoms—we’re nourishing the root. 🌿
Whole foods from Mother Earth, personalized to your genes, activating true wellness from within.

This isn’t just a trend. It’s a return to truth—guided by science, grounded in nature.

Green Beans: Natural Blood Sugar Support

Green beans are more than just a crunchy side dish — they’re packed with powerful nutrients that can help regulate blood sugar naturally. Here’s a closer look at the key components that make green beans a smart choice for anyone aiming to support healthy glucose levels:

1. Soluble Fiber: Slowing Sugar’s Absorption

Green beans are a good source of dietary fiber, especially soluble fiber, which acts like a sponge in the digestive tract. It slows down the digestion of carbohydrates, preventing rapid spikes in blood sugar after meals. This gentle release helps keep energy levels stable and cravings at bay.

2. Flavonoids and Polyphenols: Plant-Based Powerhouses

These natural compounds give plants their vibrant colors and offer impressive health benefits. In green beans, flavonoids and polyphenols help reduce inflammation and improve insulin sensitivity — meaning your cells respond better to insulin, which helps usher glucose out of the bloodstream more efficiently.

3. Chlorogenic Acid: A Natural Carb Blocker

Green beans contain chlorogenic acid, a type of antioxidant that may inhibit enzymes involved in breaking down carbohydrates into sugar. This effect can lead to lower post-meal blood sugar spikes, supporting smoother glucose control throughout the day.

4. Plant-Based Protein: Gentle Blood Sugar Support

While green beans aren’t protein powerhouses, the small amount they contain still plays a role in stabilizing blood sugar. Protein helps slow digestion, which means glucose enters the bloodstream more gradually — a subtle but helpful effect when aiming to keep blood sugar balanced.

5. Low Glycemic Index: Steady Energy, No Crashes

Green beans have a low glycemic index (GI), meaning they cause only a modest rise in blood sugar after eating. Low-GI foods are ideal for individuals with insulin resistance, prediabetes, or anyone looking to maintain long-term energy and metabolic health.

6. Magnesium: The Metabolic Mineral

Green beans contain magnesium, an essential mineral involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body — including glucose metabolism and insulin regulation. Many people with type 2 diabetes have lower magnesium levels, so getting enough through foods like green beans can be especially beneficial.

DIABETIC CREED
by: CYNTHIA MORILLO LLAUDER PhD

1) I have a body, soul, and spirit. I need to nourish these 3 components to obtain holistic wellness.

2) I need an anchor that is stronger than I am, one I could rely on to give me determination, courage, and discipline to do the right things, so help me God.

3) I acknowledge my diabetic genes from my diabetic lineage and so I will be mindful not to trigger them.

4) Inadvertently, my diabetes could also be caused by adverse environmental, lifestyle, and improper nutritional factors. If so, please help me and my physician to be cognizant and give us wisdom for corrective measures.

5) My body is created with intelligent design and expects good nourishment from Mother Nature. I respect and will live to this principle.

6) I will exercise regularly and remember to take deep breaths every waking hour.

7) I will aim to get 8 hours of sleep every day, hydrate myself, get ample sunshine or Vit D 3 with Vit K 2, Vit B 12, and engage in enriching activities for both me and the community.

😎 At the end of the day, I will enjoy a beautiful sunset, real or virtual, commit all cares to the Ruler of the Universe in prayer and meditation, let the darkness of the night erase all worries and negativities, and settle my body, soul, and spirit in good sleep to wake up refreshed to another brand new and blessed day.

Correct habits done daily will yield “THE NEW YOU.”🥳💓🤩

Could you imagine the Post Office processing letters without zip codes? Chaos ensues to say the least. This analogy became evident in physiology when “glyconutrients” were identified by Robert Murray, MD PHD as eight saccharides needed for body’s cell to cell communications. These saccharides configure to fit the receptors of our body cells for health and wellness. Glyconutrients are components of the intelligent design for nourishment since creation time. They foster the language of our bodies, making them figure out what to do at the cellular level. Here is a remarkable true story of Stephen when he took this missing link in the food system.

Stephen had been a type 2 diabetic for over 30 years when he developed retinopathy on both eyes, worse on right than left. Multiple laser treatments were done to control the bleeding on both eyes. His right eye became blind when the retina detached because of bleeding. The eye surgeon who was also his retina specialist attempted to put it back in place. One thing led to another and he ended up having a total of 3 surgeries. Second opinion was given by another specialist who established that “the eyeball is like a flat tire and beyond repair.” Later on, the 2nd eye became blind as well due to the same problem. His wife who is a nutritionist, told the specialist to defer any invasive surgeries and just restore his eyesight at the cellular level with proper nutrition. His surgeon said, “You are like a salesman selling refrigerators to the Eskimos!” and roared into laughter. During his recovery time, his driver’s license expired. He diligently took proper nutrition replete with glyconutrients in addition to his routinary diabetic care. His left eye eventually healed. From 20/80,000 his vision improved to 20/60.5. To describe him as jubilant was an understatement when he passed the driving test again. On his last visit , the Retina Specialist told him that his services were no longer needed and that he can go back to his previous Opthalmologist for follow up visits. The rest is history and the independence he gainfully enjoyed after is beyond reckoning for himself and the whole family.🤩🥰🥳

Based on the knowledge that the body has the best chances to heal itself of many health challenges if given the proper nutrients, Glyconutrients are seen by many scientists and doctors as a critical missing link to total health. This is based on the new field of science called Glybiology-the study of a group of saccharides called glyconutrients that are essential to proper bodily function. Researchers have learned that every cell in our body communicates by utilizing these 8 glyconutrients. If a person is missing any of these necessary, biologically-active saccharides, the cells cannot communicate properly. Many people struggling with all manner of health challenges are improving their quality of life with this new emerging technology. “FOCUSING ON DESIGN AND NOT DISEASE IS THE SECRET.” ~ Dr. Bruce Hyde These nutrients are not design to treat, cure, or prevent any disease, but given the proper nutrition, the body is able to heal and repair itself. 🤩. . https://us.mannatech.com/account/1079358?account=1079358

“Amazing things happen when our body cells communicate to one another. We have over 500 trillion cells that are constantly passing signals back & forth - and if any of these signals are weak or faulty, immunity/health is weakened.” ~ Mannatech.com. 🔅🔅🔅Our body requires perfect synchronization to achieve this using the 8 monosaccharides (found in Ambrotose) identified in Harper’s Biochemistry textbook, a well-known Medical textbook. Used the propriety nutraceutical in the following case and delivered the patient from peril. 🔅🔅🔅Stephen experienced a progressive headache that prompted him to have a CAT scan on 03.02.23. It showed that he had blood clots and bleeding on one side of his brain. He underwent surgery right away to address the problem. Repeated scan was done on 03.20.23 and showed residual bleeding/blood clots. Nutraceuticals were delivered to him overnight and he took them for the next 22 days. A 3rd scan was done with remarkable improvement that the proposed 2nd brain procedure was cancelled off. The patient was so elated because he felt so good, decide to retire, and enjoy the fruits of his labor since he is already 67 years old. Cheers to him and family for this awesome change of event in his lifetime‼️💛💛💛💛. . . acid .✴️✴️✴️. cynthiallaudergmail.com, FB messenger: Cyn Mori Llauder.

Blueprint For Diabetic Type 2 Health

I am Cynthia M Llauder RN, previous CCRN, CPAN and Case Manager in patient care. My family’s lineage is severely affected by Diabetes. Both my parents and their predecessors perished from Diabetes Type 2. As a practicing nurse for over 40 years, I have had close and long exposure to conventional western medicine, as well as scientifically backed natural interventions. I myself is a diabetic for the last 20 years. I am adept in using natural remedies and lifestyle interventions to lessen the use of multiple pharmaceutical agents and thus avoid the Polypharmacy Syndrome. This book is written purposely to share my experiences but should in no way be treated as the norm or guidelines. You will note that my book references as many health and medical studies and researches relevant to diabetic care. It is my desire to encourage the afflicted to be diabetic warriors and conquerors and not to lose HOPE. I am imparting my nursing and personal experiences in this book as a way of extending my LOVE and service to humanity.
