To our families and caregivers,
As Thanksgiving approaches, our team has been reflecting on the many moments, conversations, and relationships that have made this year meaningful. Whether you’ve partnered with us for years or joined us recently, we are truly grateful for the trust you place in Mom’s Best Friend.
For those I have not met, my name is Lindsay Rose, President of MBF. My husband and I are raising two energetic boys here in DFW, and like many of you, our home is full of laughter, chaos, joy, and the beautiful unpredictability of family life. I am grateful to the Lord for the blessing and calling of motherhood. My faith in Jesus Christ and my own experience as a mom ground my purpose in this work and shape the care we strive to provide every day.
Though much of my role involves leading our team, I never lose sight of the people behind each placement, families balancing busy seasons and caregivers who pour so much heart into what they do. It is a privilege I never take lightly.
Our mission, “To glorify God as we deliver the most reliable source of care in the world,” guides everything we do. Each morning at 10:00 a.m., we pray for wisdom, clarity, and the families and caregivers we support. We believe that excellent care strengthens homes, gives parents peace, and enriches the lives of children and seniors in meaningful ways.
This year has reminded us again and again why we do this work. We’ve had the honor of helping families welcome wonderful caregivers, and we’ve seen those caregivers show up with dedication, compassion, and professionalism that inspire us daily. To our amazing MBF caregivers — thank you. Your impact is profound and deeply appreciated.
As we step into Thanksgiving, we pray your homes are filled with peace, rest, and moments that remind you of what matters most. We look forward to serving you in the year ahead.
I thank God for you,
Lindsay Rose
