I started my fitness career at the world renowned Rancho la Puerta (RLP) in Tecate, Mexico where I taught hi/lo and step aerobics (with the scrunchy socks), flexibility, strength, aquatics, posture and balance classes. I created a Flexibility video with the iconic RLP's Barry Patrick Shingle (still on VHS soon to be converted for current viewing pleasure and comic relief). I obtained my Physical T
herapy degree from UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX in 2008 and have been advancing my career from there. I have an extensive resume in the outpatient rehabilitation arena including direct patient care, protocol and program development in spine and orthopedic injuries and research studies in ergonomics (office, OR's and beyond). My treatment techniques (manual therapy, dry needling and simple exercise) not only decrease pain but facilitate self awareness of faulty movement patterns and development of more efficient patterns. Whether you are a weekend warrior, athlete or computer jockey, I can assist in optimizing your movement so you can move better and feel better...with Bacon.
