The Autism Center at Misericordia is comprised of a number of programs and services that support people on the Autism Spectrum of Disorders across the lifespan. The programs are offered by highly trained and credentialed professionals, along with graduate and undergraduate students in programs that reside in the College of Health Sciences and Education. Autism Center at Misericordia University

The Autism Center at Misericordia is comprised of a number of services that offer care, treatment, support, and services to people on the Autism Spectrum of Disorders across the life-span. The services are offered by highly trained and credentialed professionals, along with graduate and undergraduate students in programs that reside in the College of Health Sciences.

The goal of the Autism Center is to offer the highest quality services available, while endeavoring to establish services, programs, and networks based on community needs and to fill identified gaps in care.


  • The Autism for Lifelong Learning (ALL Program) at Misericordia University A licensed program that provides community participation and supported employment services in the context of community integration and self-determination at the post high school level.

  • Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate A 3 course sequence that will prepare students and professionals to work with clients diagnosed with ASD. After completing the coursework within this certificate program, students would qualify to sit for the Autism Competency Exam to earn an Autism Certificate or become a Certified Autism Specialist through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES).​
