Wellness is a hot topic as of late. Being of good physical and mental health is of utmost importance. It’s better to prevent an illness rather than having to treat an illness. Some things we can’t control but some we can. Advocate for yourself! Have your screenings as recommended and have them on time. An incidental finding could save your life!
